Add Risk Assessments to a Location
Select a Location: From the main Locations list, click on the name of the facility you wish to assess (e.g., Warehouse ABC) to open its details panel.
Navigate to Risk Assessments: In the left-hand navigation bar, click the Risk assessments icon (represented by a shield with a checkmark).
Create a New Assessment: Click the + Add button in the top right corner.
Select a Template: A Select template pop-up will appear.
Click the Template dropdown menu and choose the appropriate form.
The Name, Description, Risk level set fields will auto-populate based on the template.

Assessment Details: On the right sidebar, manage the high-level data including:
Status (e.g., In progress)
Calculated risk and Residual risk.
Date completed and Valid until dates.
Notes if needed.

Navigate to Risk Assessments: In the left-hand navigation bar, click the Risk assessments icon (represented by a shield with a checkmark).

Archive & Delete Risk Assessments of a Location
To maintain a clean database, you can archive risk assessments that are no longer active or delete records that were created in error.
Archive/Unarchive a Risk Assessment
Archiving a record removes it from your active list but retains the data for historical reference.
Open the Assessment: Navigate to the specific Risk Assessment you wish to manage.
Click the three-dot button: Select the Archive button (represented by a box with a downward arrow) located in the top right corner of the details panel.
Confirm Action: A confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure that you want to archive this record?". Click the red Archive button to proceed.
Verify Status: A green "Archived" message will appear, and the status tag at the top of the record will change to Archived.
Unarchive: You can click the three-dot button and select Unarchive to make the Risk Assessment active again.
Delete a Risk Assessment
Deleting a record permanently removes it from the system. In this workflow, a record is typically archived before it can be deleted.
Locate the Delete Option: Once a record has been archived, the buttons in the top right corner will update. You will now see a Delete button (represented by a trash can icon).
Click the Delete icon.
Confirm Deletion: A pop-up titled Delete confirmation will appear. Click the red Delete button to permanently remove the assessment.
A green "Record deleted" message will appear, and you will be redirected to the main Risk Assessments list.
