You can manage compliance and certification claims for each Organisation by associating them with specific standards (e.g., FSC, PEFC). You can either link a certificate that already exists in your system or create a completely new one on the fly.
Attach Certificates to a Organisation
Select a Organisation: From the main list, click on the Name of the Organisation (e.g., Forest ABC) to open its details panel.
Navigate to Certificates: In the left-hand navigation bar, click the Certificates icon (icon resembling a badge or ribbon).
Initiate Addition: Click the + Add button in the top right corner of the Certificates panel.
Link an Existing Certificate
If the certificate has already been uploaded into the system, you can quickly link it here.
Browse the List: The Add certificates side panel will display a list of available certificates. You can use the search bar to find a specific number.
Select the Certificate: Hover over the certificate you wish to link. Click the + (plus) icon on the right side of that row.
Confirmation: A green confirmation message saying Certificate added will appear, and the certificate will be listed in the Organisation's profile.
Create a New Certificate
If the certificate does not yet exist in the system, you can create it directly from this screen.
Select Add New: In the Add certificates panel, click the Add new text link located in the top right corner.
Enter Certificate Details: A form will appear. Fill in the following mandatory and optional fields:
Number: The unique certificate identifier.
Standard: Select the scheme (e.g., FSC, PEFC).
Standard type: Specify the type (e.g., FM, COC).
Issuance date, Valid from, and Valid to: Select the relevant dates from the calendar.
URL: A direct link to the certificate verification (optional).
Click Save at the bottom of the form to create the record and automatically link it to this Organisation.
Certificate documents (such as PDF scans) can be uploaded in the Documents tab once the main details have been saved.
Detach Certificates from a Organisation
If a certificate is no longer applicable to a Organisation or was linked incorrectly, you can easily remove the association.
Access the Certificates List: Open the Organisation details panel and navigate to the Certificates tab (the badge/ribbon icon) in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select the Certificate: Locate the certificate you wish to remove in the list. Click the checkbox on the left side of the certificate row to select it.
Detach: Once selected, a floating action bar will appear. Click the Detach button (represented by an "X" icon) to remove the link between the certificate and the Organisation.
You can also hover over an individual row and click the "X" icon that appears on the right to detach a single item without selecting it first.
