Send Information

Once your Organisation is connected to another Interu organisation (see Connect Organisations), you can send Locations, Supply Chains, Deliveries or Purchase Orders records to them directly. This is commonly used by suppliers to send supply chain information and related records to their connected customers.

Sending a record will also send all information and records related to that record, including: Locations, Organisations, Materials, Products, Documents, Certificates. And in the case of a Delivery it will also send any upstream Deliveries, Purchase Orders, Items, Processes, Documents and Certificates linked to it.

Documents marked as private will not be sent.

To send a record to another Interu account:

  1. Locate and click on the record you wish to send (a Delivery in the example below)

  2. In the [Record] details panel, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

  3. Click the Send button

  4. In the Send [record] pop-up window, select the Connected Organisation you wish to send the record to (you'll need to have previously followed the Connect Organisations steps)

  5. Click the Send button.

You'll see a βœ“ [Record] sent confirmation message appear (bottom left). The record will then appear in the Connected Organisation's Inbox. (see next step: Receive Information)
