Risk assessments can be applied to several data record types.
Countries
Go to Admin → System Configuration → Countries.
Add a new country (e.g., Gabon).
Open the country record → Risk Assessments.
Click Add, select a country risk assessment template, and save.
Complete indicators by marking each as Risk absent, Risk present, or Not applicable.
Add mitigations, notes, or links as needed.
Change the status to Completed, set the overall risk level, residual risk, completion date, and validity period.
Organisations
Go to Static Data → Organisations.
Select an organisation → Risk Assessments.
Add a new record, select a prepared organisation risk assessment template, and complete it as for countries.
Link related assessments (e.g., a country risk assessment for the same region).
Locations
Go to Static Data → Locations.
If templates exist for locations, add and complete them just like country or organisation risk assessments.
Products
Go to Static Data → Products.
Select a product → Risk Assessments.
Add and complete using an available template.
Deliveries
Go to Transactional Data → Deliveries.
Open a delivery record → Risk Assessments.
Add and complete the assessment.
You can also reference related assessments (e.g., linked countries, organisations, or products).
