Below you will find a set of specific questions we've had from customers about the EUDR TRACES NT extension feature and how to troubleshoot certain issues.

Please do not hesitate to provide feedback if you cannot find the answer to your questions in this features's section or in the list of questions listed below.

1. Why can I not save/submit my Due Diligence Statement?

Certain information is required to be able to save a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) or submit a DDS to the TRACES NT system. We recommend you review the information you have entered in Interu against the different records that are contained in the supply chain for the Delivery you're trying to generate or submit a Due Diligence Statement. This article explains lists and explains all the requirements: Review a Due Diligence Statement.

2. How long does a Due Diligence Statement submission take to process?

Typically Due Diligence Statement (DDS) get processed within a few minutes, but this may vary depending on the Traces NT system availability and Service Level Agreements. If the DDS status doesn't update on Interu, you can check your TRACES NT account (look for the Documents section) to monitor the processing of that DDS. To connect to your TRACES NT, refer to Create your TRACES NT access and credentials.

3. Can I edit a Due Diligence Statement after submission?

A Due Diligence Statement (DDS) cannot be edited after submission, the TRACES NT system doesn't allow for that. If you need to amend a DDS, you'll need to delete it and submit a new updated one.

Please note that deleting a DDS in Interu does not delete it in the TRACES NT system, you will need to delete it seperately directly in TRACES NT.
