As your commercial agreements evolve, you may need to review the specific terms of a transaction or update its record, such as adjusting a delayed delivery date or correcting a location. You can easily manage these existing records directly from your main list.
View Purchase Order Details
To review the current information saved for a specific commercial agreement:
Select a Purchase Order: From your main Purchase orders list, click directly on the hyperlinked Number / ID of the transaction you want to review.
Review the Panel: A side panel titled Purchase order details will open on the right side of the screen. Scroll through this panel to review the captured data, which includes:
Main information: Displays the order's Number / ID, Status, Order date, Delivery date, trading partners, and the Deliver to location.
Record details: An audit log showing who created and updated the entry, along with the corresponding timestamps.
Edit Purchase Order Details
If an expected timeline shifts or a typo was made during the initial setup, you can quickly modify the record:
Enable Editing: While viewing the Purchase order details panel, click the Edit button located in the top right corner.
Modify the Fields: The form fields will become interactive, allowing you to type in your changes.
Save Changes: Once all your updates are correct, click the black Save button in the top right corner of the panel.
Confirmation: A green confirmation message reading Purchase order modified will appear in the bottom left corner, confirming your update was successful. The panel will automatically refresh to display the newly updated information.
