Check Delivery Details

If you need to review the specific logistics of a shipment or update its record, such as changing its status from pending to delivered, you can easily manage existing records directly from your main list.

View Delivery Details

To review the current information saved for a specific shipment:

  1. Select a Delivery: From your main Deliveries list, click directly on the blue, hyperlinked ID of the shipment you want to view.

  2. Review the Panel: A side panel titled Delivery details will open on the right side of the screen. Scroll through this panel to review the captured data, which includes:

    • The associated Purchase order(s).

    • The From and To locations indicating the transit route.

    • The assigned Supply chain.

    • The real-time Status (e.g., Delivered, Pending).

    • The Sent and Delivered dates.

    • An audit log of the Record details showing who created and updated the entry.

Edit Delivery Details

If a shipment is delayed, arrives early, or requires a correction to its route, you can easily update the record:

  1. Enable Editing: While viewing the Delivery details panel, click the Edit button located in the top right corner.

  2. Modify the Fields: The form fields will become interactive. You can update any necessary information.

  3. Save Changes: Once all your updates are complete, click the black Save button in the top right corner of the panel.

  4. Confirmation: A green confirmation message reading Delivery modified will appear in the bottom left corner, confirming your update was successful. The panel will refresh to display the newly updated information.

Generate Delivery Report

The platform allows you to easily generate a comprehensive report for any delivery in your system. This report consolidates crucial information, including product details, supply chain mapping, and associated documents, into a single, printable overview.

How to Generate a Report

Follow these steps to generate and customise a delivery report:

  1. Navigate to the Deliveries section from the main menu.

  2. Locate the specific delivery you want to report on and click its row. This will open the Delivery details side panel.

  3. In the top right corner of the side panel, click the three-dot menu icon.

  4. Select Generate report from the dropdown menu.

  5. You will be taken to a full-page view of the Delivery report. Here, you can scroll through all available data, including:

    • Sender and Receiver information

    • Product information and transformations

    • Supply chain graphs and maps

    • Supply chain entities and location details

    • Organisation certificates and related documents

Printing and Customising Your Report

If you need to save a copy (such as a PDF) or physically print the report, you can customise exactly which sections are included.

  1. On the Delivery report page, click the Print preview button located in the top right corner.

  2. A Print report modal will appear, displaying a checklist of all available report sections.

  3. Check or uncheck the boxes next to each section to include or exclude them from your final printed report.

  4. Once you have made your selections, click the Print button.

  5. The system will load the selected data into a print-friendly format. From here, you can use your browser's standard print dialogue to print the document or save it as a PDF.
