There are two ways to log into Interu depending on how your Organisation has set up access:

You can bookmark this Login page link for quick access in future: https://app.interu.io/login

Login with Email and Password

To access the Interu platform using your email and password, you'll need the email address that was used to create your user account (typically your work email address - see Create a User). This is usually done during your onboarding process or via an invitation sent by an administrator in your Organisation.

Logging in allows you to access the features, records and tasks relevant to your role and Organisation.

To log into Interu:

  1. Go to the following URL in your web browser: https://app.interu.io/login

  2. Enter the Email address that was used to create your Interu User account (see Create a User)

  3. Enter the Password you accepted the user invitation (see Accept a User Invitation)

  4. Click the Log in button

You will be taken to the Home screen of your Organisation in Interu.

Login with Microsoft SSO

To access the Interu platform using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll need to be part of an organisation that has enabled Microsoft account authentication. SSO allows users to securely access Interu using their Microsoft credentials (typically the same ones used for Outlook, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 services). This streamlines login and eliminates the need to manage a separate Interu password.

To log into Interu with Microsoft SSO:

  1. Go to the following URL in your web browser: https://app.interu.io/login

  2. Click the Sign in with Microsoft button

  3. A Microsoft login window will appear.

  4. If you're not already signed in, enter your credentials to connect to your Microsoft account

  5. In the Permissions requested screen click the Accept button

Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to the Home screen of your Organisation in Interu.

Make sure the Microsoft account you use is the same one linked to your Interu user profile. If you're unsure, check with your administrator.
