If you enter an incorrect email or password in the Login page of Interu, you'll get the error message bottom-left: ! Email or password incorrect
To reset your password, follow the two steps below:
If you are having issues resetting your password following the below steps, please get in touch with your Interu Admin.
Request a password reset
If you're experience this issue logging into your Interu account or if you have simply forgotten your Interu password, you can request a password reset from the login page as follows:
Go to the Interu Login page
Click the Forgot your password? link below the login form
Enter your Email address and click the Send button
You will see a confirmation message bottom-left saying ✓ Success. Check your inbox for an email from Interu to complete the password reset process (see Reset your password from the email link).
If the email doesn’t arrive, make sure that Didn’t receive email? link is displayed. Click this to resend the reset email or update the entered email address.
Reset your password from the email link
Once you have requested your password reset (see Request a password reset) you will receive an email with a link to reset you password, which you can do as follows:
Click the Reset password link
In the reset form:
Enter your new password
Confirm it by entering the same password again
Click Reset password
You will then see a success message confirming that your password has been updated.
After resetting your password, return to the login page and enter your email and new password to access your account.
If the password was updated successfully, you will be logged in as normal.
