Once you are on the User page (see Access the Users page), you’ll find users listed in two separate tabs that show users at different stages of their onboarding. Actions available in each tab depend on the user's status. See below for what’s available in each:
The Users page is split in two tabs/lists:
Existing users: individuals who have already accepted their invitation and have access to your Organisation
Invited users: individuals who have been invited but have not yet signed up and activated their account
Existing Users
The Existing tab shows all users who currently have access to your Organisation, listed in a table (see Navigate Tables). From here, Admins and Account Owners can:
Deactivate a user: remove their access without deleting them (see Deactivate a User)
Archive a user: permanently remove them from the Organisation (see Archive a User)
Edit a user: update the role of an active user (see Edit a User)
Invited Users
The Invited tab displays all pending invitations, listed in a table (see Navigate Tables). From here, Admins and Account Owners can:
Copy invitation link: copy and manually share the invitation with the user (see Copy Invitation Link)
Resend invitation: reissue the sign-up email to a user (see Resend invitation email)
Delete invitation: cancel a pending invitation to a user (see Delete a User invitation)
