User roles determine what a user is permitted to see and do in Interu. There are currently four roles to select from in Interu:
Reviewer: can only view records (invited by Account Owner and/or Admin to review information - e.g. a customer, auditor, or competent authority)
Contributor: Reviewer permissions + can create, edit and share records, and submit DDS to TRACES NT (invited by Account Owner and/or Admin to contribute in adding information in the platform)
Admin: Contributor permissions + can adjust organisation settings and manage lower-level user access (can invite Reviewers and Contributors)
Account Owner: Admin permissions + can manage organisation setup and all users access (can invite Admins, Reviewers and Contributors)
It is recommended users assign clear ownership and access permissions when setting up an organisation account and inviting external users.
