Connect Interu to TRACES NT using your credentials

Prerequisite: to be able to connect Interu to TRACES NT, you'll need to have done the following: Activate the EUDR TRACES extension

Notice: This section works for connecting to TRACES NT Acceptance. If you'd like to connect TRACES NT Production, please get in touch with Interu support directly. We will provide you with the necessary details and guidance.

Once you have completed the prerequisite step described above, follow the steps below to connect your Interu instance to TRACES NT:

Connect Interu to TRACES NT using your credentials

To connect your Interu environment to your TRACES NT user account and organisation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin page via the left-side menu

  2. Go to the Integrations page

  3. Click to the EUDR box

  4. Click the Credentials tab, and click + Add new

  5. Enter your TRACES Username and Authentication key (as obtained and described in Create your TRACES NT access and credentials), and select the Operator

  6. Click the Save button

An βœ“ Connected confirmation message should appear (bottom left).

If your credentials are invalid, you will receive an error message, please check your credentials (see Requesting Web Access and your Authentication Key).

You may also receive an error message if the TRACES NT system is down. If so please try again later.

Test the Interu to TRACES NT connection

If you wish to test the Interu to TRACES NT connection to make sure it works properly, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Admin page via the left-side menu

  2. Go to the Integrations page

  3. Click to the EUDR box

  4. Click the Credentials tab

  5. Click the Test Connection button of the credentials you'd like to test

A βœ“ Connection test successful confirmation message should appear (bottom left).
