Once an organisation is added to your network, you can review its profile or update its information at any time. This guide covers how to view the details panel and how to make edits to an existing record.
View Organisation Details
To review the current information saved for a specific legal entity or partner:
Select an Organisation: From your main Organisations list, click directly on the Name of the entity you wish to view.
Review the Details Panel: A side panel titled Organisation details will open on the right side of the screen. You can scroll through this panel to review the data, which contains the following sections:
Main information: Displays the Name, Website, Email, and Parent organisation.
Address: Shows the registered physical details including Address, State / Region, ZIP / Postcode, and Country.
Additional information: Displays the Type of Organisation.
Record details: Provides an audit log showing who the record was Created by, Updated by, and the corresponding timestamps.
Edit Organisation Details
If an organisation changes its name, contact details, or address, you can quickly update the record:
Select an Organisation: From your main Organisations list, click directly on the Name of the entity you wish to edit.
Enable Editing: While viewing the Organisation details panel, click the Edit button located in the top right corner.
Modify the Fields: The form fields will become interactive. You can now type in your changes.
Save Changes: Once all updates are complete, click the black Save button in the top right corner to finalise your edits. A green confirmation message reading Organisation modified will appear in the bottom left corner to confirm the update was successful.
