While you can look at the individual processes and deliveries associated with an Item, the Supply chain tab brings the entire story together. This feature traces the exact origin-to-destination journey of an Item, providing a comprehensive audit trail of everywhere it has been and every document associated with its travels.

Accessing the Item Supply Chain
Select an Item: From your main Items list, click on the name of the Item you want to investigate.
Navigate to the Supply Chain Tab: In the left-hand navigation bar of the item details panel, click the Supply chain icon (resembling a target or a focused node graph).
Navigating the Supply Chain Views
At the top of the Supply chain panel, you can switch between four distinct tabs to analyse the Item's journey from different perspectives:
1. Graph Tab
This is the default view, providing a visual flowchart of the item's supply chain.
Group View: In the top right corner of the graph, click the Group dropdown. By default, the view group the flow by Deliveries. Check Deliveries by product to reveal the specific product records on the connecting lines between locations.
Full Screen: If the flowchart is large, click the expand icon in the top right to view it in full screen, and use the X to close it when finished.
2. Locations Tab
This tab provides a clean list of every Location that this specific Item has passed through or been processed in (e.g., listing all warehouses, sawmills, and forests).
3. Map Tab
This view plots the Item's exact physical journey on a geographical world map.
You will see directional arrows connecting the location pins, illustrating international or domestic transit routes. You can toggle between standard Map and Satellite views here as well.
4. Documents Tab
This is a highly valuable auditing tool. It acts as a consolidated directory of all paperwork linked to this item's specific journey.
The files are neatly categorised into expandable sections such as Organisations, Locations, Deliveries and etc.
Click the downward arrow next to a category to see the underlying entities and their attached documents, ensuring you have all necessary compliance data in one place.
