The Supply chain tab within a Delivery profile provides a complete visualisation of the shipment's route, from its earliest origins to its final destination, and acts as a centralised folder for all the compliance documents associated with that specific journey.
β
You will see all the relevant supply chains associated with the Items included in this Delivery.
Accessing the Delivery Supply Chain
Select a Delivery: From your main Deliveries list, click the ID of the shipment you want to investigate.
Navigate to the Supply Chain Tab: In the left-hand navigation bar of the delivery details panel, click the Supply chain icon (resembling a target or node graph).
Navigating the Supply Chain Views
At the top of the Supply chain panel, you can switch between four distinct tabs to analyse the shipment's route from different perspectives:
Graph Tab
This is the default view, providing a visual flowchart of the locations the goods pass through.
Full Screen: To get a better look at a complex route, click the expand icon in the top right to view the graph in Full screen. You can close it anytime by clicking the X.
Toggle Details: In the top right corner of the graph, click the Group dropdown. You can check or uncheck the Deliveries by product box.
When checked, the flowchart lines will summarise the overall volume and type of product moving between locations.
When unchecked, it will display granular details about the specific delivery, including the exact ID, dispatch/arrival dates, and any associated traders.
Locations Tab
This tab provides a straightforward, tabular list of every facility involved in this specific delivery's broader supply chain network (e.g., all the sawmills, factories, and forests linked to the route).
Map Tab
This view plots the Delivery's physical journey on an interactive world map, allowing you to visually trace the geographical transit route.
Documents Tab
This tab is essential for audits and compliance. It acts as a consolidated directory of all paperwork involved in this delivery.
The files are categorised into expandable sections, such as Locations and Organisations. Click the downward arrow next to a category to review the specific entities and their attached certificates or documents.
