Once a certificate is logged in your system, it can be linked to various data records to verify their compliance standing. The Attached to tab within a Certificate's profile allows you to see exactly which entities are currently using that specific Certificate.
Select a Certificate: From your main Certificates list, click the hyperlinked number of the credential you want to investigate.
Navigate to Attached To: In the left-hand navigation bar of the Certificate details panel, click the Attached to icon.
Review the Linked Data Record: The panel will display a list of everything connected to this certificate. You can quickly review:
ID / Name: The specific name of the connected data (e.g., Forest 1A or Forest Management Company A).
Type: The category of the entity, such as Location or Deliveries.
View Entity Details: If you need more context about an attached data record, click its blue, hyperlinked name.
This will seamlessly jump you to that data's full profile.
When you are finished reviewing, click the green Go back button on the left side to return exactly where you left off on the certificate's tab.
Detach an Entity: If a certificate is no longer valid for a specific data record, you can cancel the connection directly from this list. Hover your cursor over the entity's row and click the Detach icon (an "X") that appears next to its name.
