What are Alerts: As the tooltip indicates, this section "Shows all of the entities where there are issues based on Rulesets". If an data record is missing mandatory documentation required by your active rulesets, it will be flagged here. (Please see our Rulesets collection to learn more about Rulesets.)

Reviewing Issues: You can view alerts categorised by data record type. The list displays the name of the non-compliant data and the specific Ruleset(s) it is failing.

Taking Action: You can click directly on the hyperlinked name of any flagged entity to instantly open its details panel and investigate the missing requirements. Navigate to the appropriate tab, such as Documents or Certificates, and upload the missing file and set the document type that satisfies the ruleset. (For example, if the ruleset demands "Forest Documentation", you will need to add that specific document and set the document type as "Forest Documentation" to the data record's profile).

Clear the Alert: Once the missing information is successfully saved to the data record's profile, the system will automatically re-evaluate it. If the uploaded data meets the ruleset's criteria, the alert will automatically clear and disappear from your Dashboard!

Deliveries: This is a chronological list of your logistical shipments. It offers a quick summary of each transit, including the ID, linked Purchase order, From and To locations, real-time Status, and relevant dates.

Products: This tab aggregates your delivery data to give you a volume-based perspective. It lists the specific Product types moving with the Deliveries alongside their Total quantity . You can click any product name to jump to its detailed profile.
