Connectivity

The Connectivity module, located within your Admin panel, is your central hub for managing how data flows in and out of your workspace. It provides a complete audit trail of your partner network, shared records, and bulk data uploads, ensuring you always know who has access to your supply chain information.

  • Connections: This is where you manage your digital network of trading partners. Opening this tile reveals tabs for your Existing connected organisations, outbound Requested connections, and inbound Received requests.

  • Sent information: Think of this as your outbox for direct, platform-to-platform data sharing. It lists every record (such as a Delivery or Purchase Order) you have officially sent to a connected partner, detailing the recipient, record type, and the exact timestamp.

  • Link shares: If you need to share data with someone who isn't a connected partner on the platform, you can generate external links. This tile provides a security log of those actions, showing the recipient's email address, the specific record shared, and when it was generated.

  • Imported information: This serves as a history log for your bulk data uploads. It tracks the date of each import, the resource type (e.g., Organisations), the number of successful records created, and any errors that occurred during the upload process so you can easily audit your system configuration.
