Connect Organisations

Use cases: I want to:

  • Provide my Organisation Code to another organisation to initiate a connection.

  • Request a connection using an Organisation code received from a partner.

  • Review and accept incoming connection requests from suppliers or customers.

  • Disconnect from an organisation to formally end our data exchange relationship.

Before you can send or receive information in Interu, your organisation must be connected to the organisation you want to exchange data with (typically a supplier or a customer). Connections in Interu are initiated using an Organisation code and must be approved by both parties. Once connected, you’ll be able to send relevant records.

Establishing a connection does not grant the other organisation access to your Interu account, workspace, or internal setup. A connection simply builds a secure bridge enabling you to send and receive data. Both you and your partners retain full, independent control over exactly what individual records and files you choose to send.

Managing Connections

Only users with Account Owner or Admin permission can establish connection/disconnection with other organisations. All connection activities are handled within the Connections area of your workspace.
