Once a User has been created (see Create a User), you can edit their role from the Users page.
Only Admins or Account Owners can edit user roles (see User Roles & Permissions):
Admins can edit Reviewers and Contributors roles
Account Owners can edit Admins, Reviewers and Contributors roles
Admins and Contributors cannot edit a User's First name or Last name from the Users page. Only the User can do so themselves from the User Settings (see Edit User Name)
To edit a User's permission from the Users page (see Access the Users page):
Go to the Existing Users tab (see Existing Users)
Click the Edit icon (pencil symbol) to the right of the user you wish to edit
In the Edit user pop-up window: use the dropdown to update the user's Role (see User Roles & Permissions)
Click Save
You'll see a β User modified confirmation message appear (bottom left). The updated role will now be reflected in the list of existing users.
