If, for any reason*, the external recipient did not receive the first email containing the link to access a shared Delivery (as described in Share a Delivery - Open Shared Delivery Link), you can re-share this link to the recipient from Interu in two ways:
*If the external recipient did not receive the first email containing the link to access a shared Delivery (as described in Share a Delivery - Open Shared Delivery Link) in their email Inbox, it is worth checking if the email might have landed in their Spam folder.
Copy Share Link
This first method to re-share a link to access a shared Delivery, is by copying and sending the link from that Delivery in Interu:
Open the relevant Delivery record
In the Delivery details panel, navigate to the Shares tab
Hover over the email address of the relevant external recipient
Click the Copy shared link button next to the recipient’s email address
You'll see a ✓ Copied confirmation message appear (bottom left), the link is copied into your clipboard. You can now paste and send this link manually (via email, text, instant messaging or any other means). The recipient will then need to proceed as described in step 3 of Share a Delivery - Open Shared Delivery Link to complete the process.
Resend Share Link
This second method to re-share a link to access a shared Delivery, is by resending from Interu the first email initially generated in Share a Delivery - Share the Delivery in Interu:
Open the relevant Delivery record
In the Delivery details panel, navigate to the Shares tab
Hover over the Email address of the relevant external recipient
Click the Resend share link button next to the recipient’s email address.
You'll see a ✓ Link resent to [recipient email address] confirmation message appear (bottom left). The first email is resent to the external recipient who will then need to proceed as described in Share a Delivery - Open Shared Delivery Link to complete the process.
