Manage Rulesets

Once you have created rulesets to define your data structure, you can manage them directly from the Rulesets dashboard. This guide explains how to search for specific rules, toggle their status, and perform bulk actions like archiving or deleting.

Finding Rulesets

As your list of rulesets grows, you can use the search and filter tools at the top of the list to locate specific items quickly.

  • Search: Enter keywords into the "Search..." field to find rulesets by name.

  • Filter Dropdown: Use the dropdown menu (defaulted to All) to filter the list by status of All/Active/Archived, helping you narrow down the view.

Activating and Deactivating Rulesets

You can control whether a ruleset is live in the system using the Active column on the right.

  • Activate: Click the toggle switch so it turns green (checked). This makes the ruleset live.

  • Deactivate: Click the toggle switch so it turns grey. This temporarily disables the rule without deleting it.

Bulk Actions (Delete, Archive, Active)

If you need to update multiple rulesets at once, use the selection checkboxes on the left side of the list.

  1. Select Items: Click the checkbox next to the name of the ruleset(s) you wish to modify. You can select one or multiple items.

  2. Choose Action: Once items are selected, use the available options to:

    • Activate/Deactivate: Change the status of all selected items simultaneously.

    • Archive: Move old or unused rulesets to the archive to declutter your view.

    • Delete: Permanently remove the selected rulesets from the system.
