Once a ruleset has been created and set to Active, it will immediately be used to verify Organisations, Locations or Deliveries. If you navigate to Organisations, Locations or Deliveries, you will now see the ones that do not fulfil the ruleset with an orange alert sign.

Navigating into the specific Organisations, Locations or Deliveries you can pinpoint where the alert is more specifically. Selecting the Documents tab will show you which documents are missing.

Uploading the type of the document required will clear the alerts. When there are multiple rulesets applied, you need to fulfil all the document types required to clear the alert.
