Group Organisations

If an organisation is part of a larger corporate structure, you can view a visual chart of its hierarchy within the platform. This feature automatically maps out parent-child relationships based on the data entered in the organisation's profile.

To see the visualised chart, you must first ensure that the Parent organisation field has been populated in the downstream entity's main details. Once that relationship is established, follow these steps:

  1. Select an Organisation: From your main Organisations list, click on the name of the entity you wish to examine to open its details panel.

  2. Navigate to Group Organisations: In the left-hand vertical navigation bar, click the Group organisations icon, which resembles a hierarchical structure.

  3. Review the Flowchart: The panel will display a top-down visual map of the corporate structure.

    • Upstream: If the organisation you are viewing has a parent entity, the parent will appear at the top of the chart with an arrow pointing down to the current organisation.

    • Downstream (Vice Versa): Conversely, if the organisation you are viewing acts as a parent to other entities, those subsidiary companies will branch out below it.
