To learn more about how to attach Documents to a Product, please check out our Add Documents to Data Record guide.

  • Technical Data Sheets (TDS) / Product Specifications: Documents detailing the exact grade, dimensions, or technical properties of the item.

  • Bill of Materials (BOM): A breakdown of the specific raw materials and proportions used to manufacture the finished good.

  • Laboratory Test Reports: Results from species testing, DNA analysis, or isotopic testing to verify the raw materials (highly relevant for EUDR).

  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Documentation regarding any chemical treatments or processes applied to the product (e.g., treated timber or pulp).
