View Alerts Generated by Rulesets

Use cases: I want to:

  • Quickly identify non-compliant data records across my workspace via a centralised dashboard.

  • Review automated alerts generated by my active rulesets to see exactly which data is missing mandatory documentation.

  • Fulfil missing requirements by uploading the necessary evidence so the system automatically clears the alert.

If any data record, such as a delivery, organisation, or location, is missing the mandatory documentation dictated by your rules, the system will instantly flag it. You can monitor and resolve these issues directly from your dashboard.

Follow the guides below to track and clear your compliance alerts.

1. Monitoring via the Dashboard

The easiest way to get a bird's-eye view of your workspace's compliance health is through your main dashboard.

  • Navigate Dashboard: Learn how to use the top "Alerts" section of your dashboard. This area aggregates all entities currently failing a ruleset. You can view the non-compliant data, see exactly which rule it is failing, and click directly on the record to investigate further.

2. Investigating and Fulfilling Requirements

When an alert is generated, you need to know how to locate the missing requirement and resolve the issue so your records remain compliant.

  • Check & Fulfil Applied Rulesets: Discover how to navigate into specific flagged data records (marked with an orange alert sign). This guide explains how to check the "Documents" tab to see exactly what is missing and how to upload the required document type to automatically clear the alert.
