Archiving a user removes them from your Organisation in Interu. Use the steps below when a user should no longer have access, and you don’t need to retain them in your Organisation’s user list.
Unlike deactivation (see Deactivate a User), archiving a user, as described below, cannot be undone.
To archive a user:
Go to the Existing Users tab (see Existing Users)
Click the Archive icon (filing symbol) to the right of the user you want to remove
In the Archive confirmation pop-up window, click the Archive button to confirm
You'll see a ✓ Archived confirmation message appear (bottom left). The user will no longer be visible in your Existing Users list and will lose access to your Organisation.
